Here is the link to TSPC’s site regarding Professional Development requirements:
http://www.oregon.gov/tspc/Pages/PDUs-Continuing.aspx

Number of PDUs Required:  PDUs required for a full license (This is based on the length of the license you are renewing and currently hold, and not the number of years that you want to renew for):

All licensed educators must complete 25 PDUs per year of the licensure term as follows:
50 professional development units (PDUs) if you currently have a two year license;
75 professional development units (PDUs) if you currently have a three year license; and
125 professional development units (PDUs) if you currently have a five year license.

OREPDC (Multnomah ESD, Clackamas ESD, Malheur ESD, NW Regional ESD & Willamette ESD), have collaborated with TSPC and have taken over the process of reviewing and approving PDUs for folks that are employed less than half-time or currently not working in an Oregon school district or charter school. The number of PDUs required and license renewal requirements are set by TSPC.

You can contact TSPC directly at contact.tspc@oregon.gov or 503-378-3586 .
