The Conference program offers twenty-four, in-depth, full-day courses during this three-day event to best meet your professional needs. Courses are not repeated at the conference and full-day courses are concurrent (happen at the same time in different classrooms). All courses start at 8:00am and end at 4:00pm. Coffee and tea will be served in the registration area between 7:00-8:00am; this is a good time to network with other attendees.

Lunch is from 12:00-1:00pm and is “on your own”. There are hundreds of restaurants located within walking distance from the Seattle Convention Center (food court is located in the convention center) where the conference will take place. Getting to the Washington State Convention Center is now easier and greener than ever with the new Seattle Link Light rail train. From SEATAC International Airport you can take the light rail all the way to the last stop at Westlake Center. The Washington State Convention Center is just a couple blocks away. Please download your handouts prior to arriving at the conference. All paid registrants will receive a password and link prior to the conference with instructions for accessing the course handouts. Please consider the environment before printing. Handouts will be available on the website for 10 days after the conference.
All attendees that register for the conference will receive a confirmation receipt via email when their registration is processed and payment is received. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list in your email program. All conference receipts and related emails will be sent from this address.
Audio, Video and Recording Policy
Audio, video, and digital recordings of any kind are prohibited. No presentations may be rebroadcast.
Relevant financial and non-financial relationships of the presenters are listed at the end of each presenter’s biography in the conference program, on this website, and in the classrooms. Disclosures are provided to increase transparency in the development and presentation phases of the courses. Please go to the registration desk if you have a concern regarding a faculty member’s disclosure or email the Planning Committee Chairperson at email@example.com.
Lost and Found
Rehab Seminars is not responsible for lost items during the conference. Items that are found in the classrooms or conference area will be brought to the registration desk. Unclaimed items will be turned over to the Washington State Convention Center staff at the close of the conference.
If you require special accommodations, please contact Rehab Seminars at 360-379-6994 30 days prior to the event. We will work with the hotel staff and make every effort to accommodate your needs with the resources available.
A book vendor will be setting up a bookstore at the conference. Educational books, therapy materials, education related t-shirts and other items will be for sale. Rehab Seminars does not receive any revenue from the sale of these items or from the bookstore vendor. This is provided for your shopping pleasure.
Please respect all attendees, hotel staff and conference volunteers while attending the conference. Please report any unsafe, abusive, or harassing/threatening behaviors to Rehab Seminars’ or hotel staff members.
Rehab Seminars does not provide childcare services. Please check with the hotel concierge about on-site childcare services or local childcare providers. This conference is a professional education event and children under 18 are not permitted in the classrooms due to space limitations.
Please turn off your cell phones during the course presentations to avoid disrupting the presenter and other attendees.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be emailed to all attendees after the event. The certificate will be emailed to the address provided on your registration form.
Continuing Education Hours, Units or Clock Hours
Professional continuing education booths and OSPI Clock hour booth will be open from 7:00am-4:30pm during the three-day conference. Instructions for registering for CEUs or hours will be provided at the booths. If you have any questions, please visit the registration desk or the professional CE booth for assistance.
WWU will be offering 2 graduate level college credits for the Seattle conference event. Visit the “college credit” page on the website or go to the WWU booth at the conference to register and to obtain registration instructions. If you have any questions, contact the planning committee chairperson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Name badges will be available for pick up from 7:00-8:00am each morning. Attendees must wear their badges to enter the conference area. Badges will be clearly marked indicating which days you are attending the conference. Name badges will be generated using the name provided on your registration form.
Registration sign-in sheets, name badges and certificates of course completion will be generated based on the name entered on your registration form. Please make sure the information entered on the registration form is correct. If a name change is required, call Rehab Seminars at 360-379-6994 or email email@example.com to report an error in your name.
Email of Record
The email address entered on the registration form will be your email of record. All information regarding the conference will be sent to the email of record. If you change your email, please call 360-379-6994 and report the change.
All attendees are required to sign-in at registration each morning and after lunch, each day. Signature sheets are used by Rehab Seminars to verify attendance. Original signature of the registrant is required. Signing for another attendee is strictly prohibited. Registrants’ names will be entered on the signature sheets as they appear on the registration form.
Classrooms tend to be cool so please dress in layers. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Criteria of Course Completion
Attendees must sign-in at general registration in the morning and after lunch each day, participate in the course(s) and complete the course evaluation at the end of each course in order to meet criteria of course completion.
By registering for this conference, you agree to allow Rehab Seminars to print photos in digital or online publications.
Attendees are asked to select their desired courses for room planning purposes and to avoid overcrowding of classrooms. Courses will be closed once all seats are full. A notice will be posted at the classrooms and on the conference website of those courses that are full. Attendees may be instructed to not block doorways or aisles. Please be courteous to hotel staff, conference staff and volunteers if you are asked to move away from doorways or aisles. Please take care in selecting your courses to avoid last minute room changes and overcrowding.
If you are interested in volunteering at the conference, contact the planning committee chairperson, Vicki Dohrmann, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Volunteers must be available for 10 hour shifts and be willing to complete volunteer training. Tuition fees are waived for volunteers.
Registration less a 20% processing fee is refundable if cancellation occurs before March 1, 2018. After March 1, 2018, fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If this course is cancelled for any reason, including labor strikes, or acts of God, liability is limited to a full refund of registration fees.
Rehab Seminars will never share your personal information with any vendor, exhibitor or company promoting their services at the conference. We will send you annual conference notices via email. If you do not want to receive conference notices and updates, reply to our email with the word “remove” in the title and we will place you on our “do not send” list.
