FAQs

+ Why is there a quiz on the evaluation? Am I being graded?

The content mastery quiz element was added to our evaluations in October 2021 to meet a new requirement for providers to offer PD credit in the virtual setting. The quiz results have no bearing on your course credit; they are reported to you for your information only. The quiz is informational for us and the speaker to better assess how well the key content points were addressed in the session. The requirements for you to earn full credit are to sign in morning and afternoon, attend the full session, and complete an evaluation for each session you attend.

+ Can I record a course or session?

Audio, video, and digital recordings of any kind are prohibited. No presentations may be rebroadcast.

+ Are virtual conference sessions recorded for later viewing?

For virtual conferences, a session recording is posted for one week after the close of the conference. This recording is accessible by registered attendees only.

Select courses are offered as self-paced e-learning for credit. Please visit learn.rehabseminars.org to view the current list of available self-paced courses.

+ What accommodations and accessibility options do you provide?

If you require special accommodations, please contact Rehab Seminars at least 30 days prior to an event. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs with the resources available.

+ Will there be a course evaluation?

At the conclusion of each course, you will complete a course evaluation. This includes a self-assessment of your success in achieving the learning objectives and questions to gauge your comprehension of the material presented. Completion of the post-course evaluation is required in order to earn full course credit.

+ When will I get my certificate of attendance?

Certificates of attendance are emailed to all attendees after the event. The certificate will be emailed to the address provided on your registration form. Attendance must be verified before certificates are generated, so it can take up to 10 days after a conference to receive your certificate. For self-paced courses, certificates are available immediately upon course completion.

+ Why do I have to sign in for the conference?

Signature sheets (printed or digital) are used by Rehab Seminars to verify attendance for course credit. All event attendees are required to sign in at registration before the start of a session, each morning and afternoon, on each day they attend. Signing on behalf of another attendee is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of credit. Registrants’ names must be entered on the signature sheets as they appear on the registration form.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Registration less a 20% processing fee is refundable if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start of a conference. Cancellations less than 30 days before the start of a conference are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a course is cancelled for any reason, including labor strikes, or acts of God, liability is limited to a full refund of registration fees.

For self-paced courses, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have viewed less than 50% of the course. A processing fee may be applied.

+ Can I send a substitute in my place?

You can transfer a registration to another person. However, multiple people cannot use a single registration to attend.

+ What platform do you use for virtual events?

We use Zoom to host our virtual events.

+ Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes. You can review our privacy policy here: [Privacy Policy][0].

+ Is there a group discount available?

Yes! If you register 5 or more attendees at the same time, a $30.00 discount for each registration will be automatically applied during the registration process. Discount applies to 2-day and 3-day registrations.
