Rehab Seminars is an ASHA Approved CE Provider.  To earn ASHA CEUs, you must select ASHA on the Professional Credit Selector, available on your Conference Home Page for live events or as a course section in a self-paced course. Only those participants who complete this form will have their course information submitted to the ASHA CE Registry. For live events, you must follow the sign-in procedure both in the morning and after lunch, participate in the course activities, and complete a course evaluation form at the end of each course day. Have your ASHA number available so you may accurately complete the ASHA Participant Form.  You will receive a certificate of course completion documenting your participation within 7-10 days after a live event via email. Certificates of completion for self-paced courses are available immediately upon course completion.
