Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders are accepted for all events and self-paced courses.

Be sure the PO document includes the names of all conference registrants covered by the PO.  

You may register while your PO is being generated.  When the PO is generated, submit it via e-mail to info@rehabseminars.org or fax to (206) 749-9995.
