Educator Credits
Many states accept the General Certificate of Completion as a transcript of your activities for renewal credit. In some states, continuing education credit is locally administered by school districts; others have specific requirements for offering credit. See below for a list of states for which we are approved to offer credit. If your state does not appear below, you may be able to use either our General Certificate of Completion or our graduate credit option to receive credit. Please check with your state or district to confirm their policy for earning renewal credit.
Please contact CEAdmin@rehabseminars.org for credit questions.
Certificates of Course Completion are provided to participants after completion of course requirements, enabling you to register your credit as needed. It is recommended that all attendees also keep a copy of the conference program with their certificate of course completion to verify hours. Contact hours will be listed on your certificate. The conference is offered for variable contact hours (6.5 hours per day for a live event; up to 19.5 hours for a three-day event). If you leave a course early or do not sign in for both morning and afternoon sessions, your hours will be adjusted.
You may also apply your credit to a professional accreditation using the procedure established by the specific organization. In order to receive professional development credits at an in-person conference, attendees must sign in at the general registration booth in the morning and after lunch, attend and participate in the course activities, and complete and turn in the evaluation/learning outcomes form at the conclusion of each course. Some professional organizations require additional attendance signatures or completion of participation forms. Specific instructions and forms will be posted at professional booths at in-person conferences. Applications for continuing education hours will not be accepted after the close of the conference.
In the case of a virtual conference, all CE (Continuing Education) requirements still apply, but sign-ins and CE forms are executed through the conference home page linked to your registration. You will receive a link to this page in e-mail a week before the conference begins.
